No Waiver / Severability
If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further waiver.

 

Assignment
Strunkiss may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

 

Entire Agreement
